I have found out that my best friend's boyfriend cheated on her with a completely other person with a full blown relationship. She always says screw him but hangs out with him at school still and doesn't make time or try to talk to me at school. She says she is doing it for me in the long run for me until the end of the year but I'm having a hard time believing her. She lies to me about certain things and constantly mentions him but won't even acknowledge me when he is around.
Is it worth it?

no. a best friend wouldn't ditch you for a guy and then lie to you. My advice tell her what your problem is then just leave it at that. She can either make up her mistake or ditch you.. when she gets hurt again by him she will come back to you and then you do what you got to do to show her that you don't appreciate what she did to you
