You are probably quite normal for your genetics. Some people just have a higher metabolism and stay thin throughout their lives. Because you are thin will have nothing to do intimacy or pregnancy.

Get a very good doctor to give you advice concerning your weight and diet.
I wish you the best.

Drink diet soft drinks. That should mess up your sugar metabolism and you will be overweight before you know it. The up side is that they seem to be modestly addictive, too. This is a diet you can stick to.

BMI doesn't take all the factors into consideration. It only uses height and weight to calculate. What it doesn't know are your body-type, genetics, diet, and exercise routine. You can't use BMI to realistically gauge rather or not you're at the correct weight.
Are you healthy? That's the only question that matters.

Yes, HealthCanada does not consider BMI index to be a reliable source simply because it doesn't take every factor into consideration. BMI factor shoots out the Obese category more often then not for people registering over 30.00; absolutely not accurate and very upsetting when they don't look obese at all.
