It's a day or so before my cycle starts, It's seeming like a typical period. I mean my breasts are sore and I felt semi-crampy earlier today. I knew I had to go out so I threw a tampon in for safe measure. Well I took it out and the color of my menstraution sort of concerned me. It was completely dark brown, like very similar to a dark brown hair dye at the risk of being graphic. And there were no signs of red fresh blood. And I'm no longer bleeding so any thoughts on what could be the problem (if there is one), or if I should be concerned?

I wouldn't worry just yet. Its old blood and most women will encounter it at some point.
