I'm already toned and don't need to lose any more fat. I will usually go to the gym and will do 200 crunches. 100 normal, 40 on one side 40 on the other and 20 back and forth. Then I will do the bicycle thing 50 times and the one where your on you toes and elbows for 50 seconds. I will do all that about 3 times within my hour workout. (I work on different parts of my body in between my abs sessions) I will do it 4 days a week. Mondays/Tuesdays and Thursdays/Fridays. So here is my question. Does that seam like a good workout routine? I know that muscle needs rest in between so that's why I have days off (Wednesdays and the weekend) Also, its it all right to be working on abs any time I want? Ie: yoga balls while doing homework at a desk or constantly tightening my ab muscles while watching a movie. Or is it too much?

It sounds like you need to add more difficult moves and more weight. You are doing the equivalent of hundreds of reps with a 1lb dumbbell. Instead, you need to find the equivalent of 8 reps that bring you close to failure.
