Hi, I am a F-1 Visa holder and I am situated in Atlanta, GA. I have both an on-campus job and a CPT. I would like to know if I am supposed to file GA state taxes. If yes, which form should I file? What status should I declare on the form? And what percentage of my income will be taxable?

Yes, you must file GA tax return if your income is more than the GA filing requirement. You lived in GA so you are resident of GA.

Any suggestions for deductions I can claim, like tuition, etc.

Tuition is neither deductible nor allowed as an education credit for non-resident aliens under the F-1 visa.
