Have a Craftsman LT1000 16.5 hp and the engine won't turn. Hearing a buzzing noise when I turn the key. Have a charger but still nothing. Please advise if anyone knows?

Sounds like the starter could be locked into the flywheel turn the engine by hand on the top the see if it will go.

Get your battery load tested after its charged... Springtime issues aren't uncommon, and lawn equipment batteries are notoriously crappy quality, and rarely last as long as a cheap car battery.
