When I was 18 I was caught shoplifting at a local superstore. I stole about 50 dollars worth, I moved to a different province, now I want to get a job at a local boston pizza, but I need to be bondable.
How do I know if I am?
Is there any way I could become bondable if I'm not already?
Is this always going to pop up on my criminal record; if so, can I make it go away?

PLEASE HELP

If you live in Canada (assuming you are) you become bondable by having a police check done at your local police station. You give them your personal information, they run a check for $25. And the information comes back with previous convictions, if any. Then you take that info to your employer. This is how its done in Canada and the only way it can be done for employers.

You aren't bondable without this clean sheet. I don't know if you can have convictions wiped off your record in Canada.
