If tourists don't know to look for it in the local paper, how can we get this information out to the public before someone is killed? Over reaction? Not if it's your family, thoughts?
This doesn't seem to be such a problem in other clubs in Honolulu or Waikiki.

Sue them for being liable for the injury received, then if you win, it is not only public knowledge but you can let others know.
