My 10 week old puppy(boxer) has a swollen eyelid, the eye is fine but she will occasionally stop to itch it, but it doesn't seem to affect her too much. She is running around playing with the other puppy but me being a worried father, I am just wondering if I should take her to the animal hospital now, or see if it goes down by tomorrow morning. We do have bees around here, so it's possible that she got stung.

If she's acting otherwise normal I would wait on the vet to save you the emergency fee.
You could try to give her some benadryl - the dose is 1mg per pound. That may bring the swelling down if it's a bee sting, and won't do any harm if it's not.
I'd take her into the vet on Monday, or sooner if it gets worse/your pup starts acting not herself.

Yeah, she seems to be all right. She's barking and running around playing like usual lol. I'll give the benadryl a try

Mosquito bites can cause ridiculous swelling on tender spots like that, too. If there's no discoloration or blood in the eye I'd even leave it until Monday as well.

Is there any discharge coming from the eye?

If so could be the doggy version of conjunctivitis. Just bathe it with a little warm water.

I would also leave it for a while and see if it improves or gets worse before rushing to the vet. If it isn't bothering her too much then I'd say there isn't anything in her actual eye, it's just a bit sore.

Update:

Her swelling went down, now she has gunk in her eye. Not much, for now I am just taking wash cloth to her eye. She's still hopping around and playing so I don't think it's bothering her

Has she been playing with a kitten? That sounds like a scratch on the outside of the eyelid.

Sounds like pink eye to me (conjunctivitis). My dog had it about 6 months back. I'm a kindergarten teacher so, I recognized it right away! :)
Use warm water to gently remove the gunk and crust. You'll probably need some drops to clear it up.

Nope, but she does play with our German Shepherd puppy and they run around a tree outside

Looks like she's all good. Keep an eye on it, pardon the pun, especially for discoloration in the eye itself, which would mean Tickle pegged it.

She could have poked her eye on something. You can flush her eye with Doggie eye drops. You can purchase them at any pet store.
