to your first equation you should have a 2 in front of the NaHCO3 and that will balance the entire equation. To balance the second equation you need to put a 2 in front of the NH4Cl, a 2 in front of the NH3, and a 2 in front of the HOH. Hope this helps!

If I remember my high school chemistry,
NaHCO3 = Na2CO3 + H2O + CO2
2NaHCO3 = Na2CO3 + H2O + CO2
Ca(OH)2 + NH4Cl = NH3 + CaCl2 + HOH
Ca(OH)2 + 2NH4Cl = 2NH3 + CaCl2 + 2HOH
