I have had sewage backing up into my floor drains and no one can figure out why. I have had my yard dug up twice, even though when they used a camera could see nothing wrong. When they run a camera on the inside it shows nothing wrong. At this point I am tired of paying out money trying to find the problem. I don't care what the problem is anymore, I just want to stop the solids getting into my floor drains. Could I install a sewage ejector pit directly beneath the stack and run the connected line to where the sewer pipe leaves the house? Doing it this way, would the stack become the vent and would I have backflow protection at the exit point so if the problem in outside it won't come back in. We have only one bathroom and the other water comes from the kitchen and washing machine. Help please.

Click on; http://www.cleancheck.com/ to see sewer check valves. This will install just ahead of the cleanout and prevent backups from entering your home from the sewer. Good luck, Tom
