To whom it may concern, I had participated in the Alberta Alternative Measures program 2 years ago and completed it successfully. Was my first and only offense. I am leaving for Vegas on April 11.. and was wondering about customs. I had traveled to the US boarder, by car and had wasn't expecting to be in CPIC database, it caught me off guard, was asked a few questions, that I was unsure of how to answer. I got through the boarder, but it was just so nerve wrecking.. Anyway, now I am concerned about customs at the Vancouver Aairport traveling to the US.. Am I going to be able to get through Customs all right, and if screened, what information should I disclose, as I'm not sure what exactly they have on file on me, other than my prints? Should I bring my Alternative Measures agreement copy that I have had from the court? I don't want to wreck ym chan ces of not getting to go.

1. expect the same or similar questions

2. tell them the truth

Will having anything other than a criminal conviction on your record make you inadmissible, such as everything else relating to the charge, but no conviction?
