I think there is a presence that follows me around my house and especially in my room. I have always been aware of noises and a presence around me but I have never felt threatened until two nights ago. I felt very afraid and my chest felt very tight. I had to get out of my room as I felt like whatever way I turned they were watching me. It felt like they were kneeling beside my bed and burning there eyes into me. It sounds all very elaborate. But I am genuinley terrified. Last night I heard noises again but I just got into my bed and because of the night before I left the light on and the door open. I could then to my best way of describing it a woman standing in the doorway peering in. I tried to phone my friend on my phone and alert her. Then I tried to phone other people and text but my mobile said it had no signal. Minute I left room my phone started to work as normal. I spent the night in bed with my aunt and had terrible nightmares about the devil ad someone tryig to possess me. Woke up in a sweat at 3 and never slept all night. I my dream I was trying to scream out but something was preventing me. Pease write back asap please.

Hey, I'm no expert on this sort of thing, but if you search around Google you may find out about other people with the same problem. Also, there are experts, (people who have a "sixth sense") who you may be able to find contact details of from the internet, try ringing those numbers and they will help you. Sorry I wasn't much help but good luck with it anyway x

I need a little more information about you. Age, male/female?

Do you have any idea about what could be causing this and
How long has it been going on?
