Hi,

I had a shower enclosure made by aquaglass. The drainpan cracked because it was installed incorrectly. We are trying to find a new shower or something that would work in there. The drain is located at 7 3/4 and 7 3/4, but we are having trouble finding something. We have considered moving the drain over to 12 x 12, but are not sure how to go about doing this. The floor is wood joist, subfloor and backerboard. There is already a 45 degree connector on the drain. So, two questions:
1. How would we move the drain?
2. Is there a floorpan/drainpan that is sturdy and fits the current measurements?

Are your drain pipes PVC, ABS or what? You could make a custom tiled pan using thios product Schluter-KERDI-SHOWER-KIT - Schluter-Systems (http://www.schluter.com/8_4_kerdi_shower_kit.aspx)

Moving a PVC drain is no big issue. Cuttting PVC and welding in some 45s is easy work. We can walk you through it but do consider the Kerdi kit
