At night when I lay down I start getting very dizzy and I am dizzy right now I have headaches my chest is hurting and my heart is beating at about 150 B P M and my heart is like shaking is this bad

It doesn't sound good but we really can't tell you for sure what's going on.

Go to your doctor, tell him/her all of these symptoms. Blood work needs to be done, also an ECG and possibly other tests depending on what they find.

It's really time to go to your doctor and find out what's going on.
