This question can be answered in terms of elements, but I am looking for them in terms of food intake to know where exactly the food is going. From the information earned, I'll look for food which contains the exact types of nutrition to improve that part of my body as it fits my certain lifestyle.

I've divided nutrition into 9 categories:
1. Calcium
2. Proteins
3. Carbohydrates
4. Fat
5. Vitamins
6. Minerals
7. Water
8. Oxygen
9. Heat

Although, no. 7, 8, 9, 3, and 4 are used to create energy, others are used for interaction with physical world. Which leaves:

Calcium
Protein
Vitamin
Minerals

Now, specifically, how each of the body is made from these 4 nutritions?(as we need food intake to repair or grow the body)

Hi, SKHANDELWAL!

Is this a homework question?

Thanks!

I don't even understand what you are asking. There are so many different proteins, vitamins, and minerals, and even different forms of calcium (when you take supplements, you aren't taking pure calcium, you're taking something like calcium citrate). Calcium is good for your bones, but it's not like calcium all by itself makes up your bones.

What exactly are you trying to ask?

Heat is a nutrient?

I think you need to clarify the question. And what information you hope to get, and what use you are going to put it to.
