I am getting frequent boils on my legs and body parts. Dr first treated with antibiotics and said if it occurs again, go for the blood check. I fear to go. What could be the reason?

Boils are not my forte'. This may offer some info: Boils - Treatments, Causes, Symptoms of Boils (http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/boils)

Those areas suggest the "sweaty gym clothes" and even contact dermatitis from washing detergents. Clothes that are too tight. Excessive sweating.

Hygiene habits would be the first place to focus and what you do with sweaty clothes.

Please don't hesitate to go to the doctor for this... you may well know the difficulty that many diabetics have with skin problems and healing. He/she might want to simply be checking your glucose levels, as high levels can predict healing issues.

Also, if there is an infection, he or she may need to know what kind... is it staph or strep or an mrsa... there can be issues with fungal infections, etc.
