I had a tenant that failed to pay their rent on several occasion during 2009. Bank statement reveals a total of six (6) months, not paying. Law Enforcement Officers served the eviction notice, but tenant had left the property, early (Feb) 2010 without any notice of leaving the property. My question is, how can I collect my rental fees for those passed months. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

You go to Small Claims Court, file against the tenant, take your proof to the hearing, get a Judgment and enforce it according to the laws of your State.

I don't know what you mean by a bank statement reveals a total of 6 unpaid months - the question will be why you didn't evict at that time. Tenant may also claim cash payments or checks that simply were cashed or deposited in another account.

Your proof will contradict those statements.
