I just had a new full bath added on and the original remodel, total gut. The plumber installed Moentrol shower and tub valves. It seems to take forever to fill the tub. Anyway to increase flow?

Moentrols have stops built into them. Take the trim plate off and make sure those stops are completely open. They look like little slot type screw heads.
