In my divorce decree which was 2006,it was agreed my x-husband would pay child support through the chilrens college education. Now I hear he is going to court asking them if he can stop paying for my son who is 21 and a full time pre-med student, can he get away with this?
I am disabled and currently applying for ssi.My income is 600 a month from the part of child support I get for my youngest daughter 13 yrs old.
My son was only able to go to college because he was fortunate enough to have the intelligence to be top in his class and was offered a scholarship. My x who can easily afford to pay much more than he does, does zero for either of them, besides paying the support which he refused to pay before the law got involved and he was forced to pay.
He is going to court tomorrow to try and get my sons support taken away from him, I am so worried I don't know what to do.

There is normally a age limit, college and/or till a certain age.

And in most cases it merely means college, not post college education.

If he stop paying, and you feel he needs to pay, you take him back to court and let the court decide the meaning of your agreement
