Last night we singned agreement tosell our home looks like what we agreed to after further review of papers we are paying more closing cost than agreed to can we back out of deal do we have time to back out what is are recourse

Once signed, it's a DONE deal.
If, however, it's just a clerical error, and you have documented counter offers where the CORRECT closing costs were agreed to, I'm sure you can get it changed... Certainly, if the seller KNOWS that you're not going to sell unless it IS changed, it'll get changed.
But, if you just missed it, and have no back up documentation, you're out of luck.
