Hi, I've noticed that several similar questions have been posted here a couple years ago. I had almost the exact problem as those who posted here.

I'm 28, male. Had very good eye sight, never had any eye problems in the past.

About a week ago, I started to experience occasional dizziness(light headed) often when I try to rotate or focus my eyes. I can tell that one of my eye sees things slightly larger than the other.

A few days ago, I noticed that my right eye pupil is twice larger than my left eye. So I went panic and saw an ophthalmologist the next morning. However, when I got there, my pupils returned to the same size. The doctor did a thorough check up since I have family Glaucoma history. He told me that my eye pressure is a bit high (19), but my eyes are perfectly fine. He recommended me to see an Opthamologist-Neurologist (only 10 in the US?) Since that day, I pay much more attention to my pupil size. I had noticed that my right eye pupil becomes 1.2 times larger than the other eye once. But right now it's even again.

One thing a bit special for my case. A couple months ago, I discovered a very small swelling (around 1mm) near the corner of my right eyelid. I thought it will go away like pimples, but it stayed. Could that be a tumor?

A lot of things could be going on. Its hard to say. But going to a specialist is a good thing. If you can try to document when it is occurring and it may help. Also if you have a camera you can use without flash maybe you can get a picture of it.

You need to see the doctor you were told to see or go see another Ophthalmologist. 19 is a bit high as 14-15 is a normal IOP (intra-ocular pressure).
