I replaced the main relay, distributor and all its components, and fuel filter and still hard to start.

If the spark plugs are in good shape and the CEL comes on and goes off normally, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then the problem is with the distributor. Over 50% of new aftermarket distributors for Hondas at AMHD don't work out of the box. Apparently, they can't get the internal sensors right. Ensure timing is relatively close, prior to using a timing light.

Thanks TxGreaseMonkey. I went back to the store where I bought the Distributor. The Mechanics there told that it could also be a problem with ICV, "Idle Control Valve" as well. I told him that the problem with hard start still their with no change. I did however, noticed that my old Distributor cap in the back was kind of wobbly and sort of loose and the same as the new distributor. Anyway, should I pay $80 plus tax to replace the ICV? Is there any way that I can tested to make sure that is the problem. Please help. Thx.

Try cleaning the Idle Air Control Valve, prior to replacing it. Here's how:

Also, clean the throttle plate, throttle body, and upper & lower ports. Afterwards, clean the air box and replace the air filter.
Nothing on the distributor should be loose.
