All I can remember is there is a young blond boy about 14 who drives an older car that his feet don't reach and he is traveling across the U.S. mainly desert areas to collect these postcards or coaster like cards that no one collects anymore during his time. I think the main one he had been trying to get which he finally does at a gas station has an arch in it? I remember the boy is a rebel with no parents and it is a weird movie with lots of run down places in the middle of nowhere but it is his life's goal to get these cards somehow. Please help! My guess is it is from the early 90's. Thank you!
