Can I burn cholesterol away like calories? Like If I run a lot, and take in less cholesterol every other day, will it go down, or does it take weeks and weeks to go down any?

Im wanting to gain weight and foods like meat and eggs have cholesterol. Just wanting to know how to factor that into a diet, or avoid it completely. Is moderate consumption of cholesterol okay, or is it to hard to handle and remove?

No and no. Moderate consumption of cholesterol is fine and it depends on the type. Unless you have medical issues where you have to be strict with your diet, I don't see anything wrong with just following the food pyramid, covering all the food groups and eating regularly in moderation. Stick with at least 5 meals per day. You don't have to completely avoid the meat and eggs but it doesn't hurt to add raw nuts, avocados and olives.

I think you are labouring under a misapprehension. Cholesterol is not some evil ingredient that is hidden in certain foods which will make you ill. It's an essential component of almost every cell in your body, including your brain. You don't need to remove cholesterol, your body needs it.

Most of the cholesterol in your body comes from your liver, not your food. If you eat food with a lot of cholesterol, your liver will make less. If you eat food with no cholesterol at all, your liver will make more.
