Hi I have L1 visa and my husband company filed my H4 visa. So my L1 was voided. I will go out of country to reactivate my L1 visa. If I have to return to H4 again what I have to do? Please advice

If you are in the US as an L-1 and you want to change to H-4, you file the I-539 with evidence of your spouses H-1B and evidence of your marriage and your lawful entry.
The information provided is confusing. For the company attorney to change your status from L-1 to H-4, you would have needed to sign the I-539.
