I am from india on F-1 status, bY MISTAKE I FILED 1040 FOrM AND LOUISIANA STATE RESIDENT FORM for year 2008.

What should I need to do now?

1. what are the options I need to fill in 1040X, If possible any 1 attach sample filled 1040X for my case.

2. am I need to fill new 1040 nr ez form for 2008 alog with 1040 x , before filling 2009 1040 nr ez.

3. what should I need to do for state taxes, I am from Louisiana..
