I go, I am going to answer this post because it needs addressing. Your g/f would not, I hope, have been shaving that close to to any opening and I don't understand the antibiotics for a shaving infection. That would be topical and addressed with something over the counter to eleviate the itchiness, but I can't see how she would have shaved that close.

If she has an itch, dryness and discharge, that sounds like an STD. If she has a urinary tract infection, the burning would not be coming from her vagina (we don't pee through that, I go), but it would be around her urethra which is slightly above her vagina and connected to her urinary tract and then her bladder. The antibiotics, if the proper ones, will clear up her urinary tract infection, but not the discharge, dryness from her vagina.

So, get her to describe to you, exactly what is going on. I still can't diagnose, we don't do that here, but can help you and she understand what to do next.
