However I have planned on a divorce. She just does not want to give one to me. We also have a two year old that I love to death and need to be with. She thinks we can still work things out, but I don't feel the same way. I'm going to have to move with my girlfriend to take care of her and our new baby. WHAT SHOULD I DO!! I know what I need to do, I will do it, I just would like some input and maybe some suggestions.

Well, your WIFE needs to know about This other child. I am majoring in Marrige counsleing(spp) she will get mad and come to a divorce. But if you love Your kid so much,how are you going to take care of two? But just confront her, and tell her, you want a divorce, and you'll be fileing for one soon.
