You want to sue a restaurant over $0.80? Sure. Good luck.
A better plan is to call your credit card company (Visa or whomever) and dispute the amount. Do you have a copy of the receipt that shows the correct amount? They'll investigate and should credit you the $0.80. Then resolve to never visit that patricular restauarant again.
