I stopped my birth control and I'm trying to get pregnant. I took a prenancy test and it said negative. But the next day I started to wipe and brown distarge was on the toilet paper. But I have not started my period yet? I hardly have anything coming out? What does this mean?

I know when I stopped taking my Birth Control, I has spotting for a while, even worse with Depo provera (spelling?)
If you stopped half way through your pack, then the bleeding could last much longer than your regular period and your cycle is going to take some time to go back to normal.

It's basically like playing with your hormonal cycle. If you waited until the end of a pack to go off birth control, your bleeding should only last as long as a normal period.

If you are trying to get pregnant, I think it's safest to wait wait about 2 to 3 full cycles before attempting to get pregnant.

Right now your body is trying to re-adjust it's self to not having hormones in it. You can experience irregualr periods/spotting, and this can be more stressful in trying to figure out if you really are pregnant or not.
