View Full Version : Is there low income programs that helps to get your green card even with legal issue?

My wife is a USA citizen I want to get a green card the only problem is that in the past I have 2 felony this was about 6 years ago and have gone to lawyers , but their rate is like 10.000 dollars,which is a lot for me and I want to know if even with this issue that I have there is any program that can help me out with a lower rate if so which one or what is the best way for me to action. Thank you if any one can help me .

There are no government sponsored programs, but there are many community-based organizations that may be able to help you. The larger USCIS field offices generally have a list of such organizations.

Please note that you may be ineligible for permanent residence, despite being married to a USC, based on the exact felonies, your manner of entry to the US and other immigration violations. Good luck.
