My bank account was attached by a law firm representing a credit card company. My account had 323.00 in it. The attachment says my account now is in the negative of -12,0000. Can the law firm do this. If I don't pay, can I close the bank account out ? The account is over 4 years old in PA. Can they attach my pay from work if it is a direct deposit. They left me the judge order in my mailbox. It was never sent certified.

They don't have to serve you with a judgment. They have to serve you with a summons so that you have the chance to appear in court and defend yourself - if you don't show up for court, a default judgment will be granted against you, which is what I suspect happened in this situation.
I'm not quite clear on how much money your account is negative at this point. I assume that "-12,0000" is a typo. I certainly hope you're not implying that the bank gave away twelve thousand dollars($12,000).
Yes, if your paycheck is direct deposit and they have frozen your account, whatever money goes in becomes "theirs."
When you say that the account is over 4 years old, are you referring to your bank account or the collections account?
