Not sure what exactly your trying to describe. What has happened that you suspect another account has been created or used on your machine?

Your history shows what sites were visited on your PC. So its probably that someone looked up that person's profile.

I had on my computer history the profile of 3 woman, and I have never typed in such things,so I wandered what I may be doing to make them be able to get into my history, and how I couls stop it

What do you mean by "profiles", Where did you find them?

First off. Is this a new computer or is this a used one you bought? Who all has access to your computer?

If they were in your history, it means someone visited those sites. Again, your history is a record of sites visited.

it said in the history list e.g mrs x Yahoo profile, when I got it up it was a photo, with age,and they seemed to be messages between two of the 3 people

Then someone is going to those sites and looking for what ever reason.

Are you thinking there's something special about profiles, as though the people in the profiles are doing something bad? The profiles themselves aren't there. It's just a page, like any other page. You'll find this page in your history as well.

While a virus might make the browser go to a specific page (which would show in your history), if there's someone else in the household, anyone could've gone to those pages. Looking at profiles isn't some big deal. I can look at your profile on this site and it'll show in my history. Doesn't mean anything.
