I am sorry that I don't remember more about this.
I saw both of these movies in the 80s and have been trying to remember them.
First movie, the only scene I can remember is where a blonde girl is eating an apple really fast and someone tells her to slow down but she doesn't and it causes her to choke and she dies. She ends up coming back as a ghost.
The second movie... I remember it was about a woman who was beaten or had something done to her face to disfigure her by someone else that she knew and they thought she was dead. She ends up surviving and having surgery then becomes a model or something and goes after the people that tried to kill her.
