Hello
A 19 year old normally does not get gray hair..
But there are several medical condition that will cause gray hair..
You need to contact your doctor, so he can determine what meical condition you might have.
Gray hair is also hereditary.. so if your someone close in your family had gray hair at an early age, then you inherited that feature.

Just as everyone grows and develops individually, hair graying is just another one of those features that changes of its own accord. There is a possibility that stress or genetics may be a factor, but for reality's sake, it does happen. It's really nothing to worry about. I spotted my first gray hair at 16.
Chances are no one but you has noticed it, but if it continues and bothers you, just invest in what's called "Grecian Formula". You can find it at Walmart by their men's hair color and shaving items. This is a more natural and gradual way of restoring color to grayed areas.
