For email type my user name and pass word won't let me into get my mail says wrong pass word or user name using the same user name and pass word for a long time

Well, if you have another email that you have 'joint' to the email account, you can still try the 'forgot password' feature. If not, then your email account have either been hacked, or you are confusing your passwords.
