We have a Mancesa 1.6g toilet and the tank lever broke. We went to a home improvement store and purchased a new lever but it doesn't fit right and all the other levers the store had were not the right kind... The toilet is constantly running water because the new lever is incompatible. I tried to contact Mancesa directly but their website is terrible. Any ideas?

Try a plumbing supply house.

Key thing to know is that Mancesa is now Ceralux. Call their customer service at 888-237-2589 (from Canada).

This statement is not correct, Mancesa is the manufacturer in Colombia and Ceralux is the importer of some of their products, but only in CANADA. For those looking for parts in the USA, you should contact Mansfield Plumbing in Ohio, they carry some.
