I been dating my boyfriend for 1yr ,am very shy to ask him questions or talk to him,my tongue is always tied down to utter a word to him,he does all the talking,all we do is have sex and eat,I can see it in his eyes I am boring, I need help,

You obviously know how to say yes, so build from there. Nothing wrong with being shy, and he must either understand, like to talk, or love the sex. Or maybe all of the above. Boring people need love too. So do shy people. Any other problems?

How old are you?

Talk, live a little, be more outgoing. Spice things up a little bit and overcome your shyness. He is bored of him always having to do things or talk its like a one way relation ship. Who wants that? Take control of your relation ship and stop having him do everything for it.

Maybe he isn't the right guy for you. I know that may sounds a bit harsh.
I've always been really shy myself, but I somehow managed to overcome that with my boyfriend, and now he knows me better than anyone else, but I am still shy with everyone else.
You should just slowly start to build your confidence with him and it'll help.
