Ok so there's this girl that I've liked since I met her in September. We got to know each other pretty well and then one night decided to hang out. We walked around a bit and then on our way back to drop her off at her house she randomly walked up to a fire escape. She was like "Shane, if you don't tell me who you like i'am gonna go up these stairs and knock on that window." well there was a moment there where I really felt like kissing her but dident because I dident want to make the moment awkward.*remember this for later* Like I really liked her(still do.) so we walked on and that was the end of the night. Well she ends up dating my friend and her and I got talking last night on msn. She was like "shane do you remember that one night when we hung out?" I was like "yeah, why?" she then said "well remember when I was on the ladder, I though about kissing you." I then proceeded to say "I could tell by your body language you wanted to :P" then we started talking about how we both liked each other and that she was going to ask me out but I kept denying liking her(I was very shy at the time) and how I felt that it was stupid that I dident try anything and that it doesent matter that I like her anyore. The then relplied with " It will matter." what does that mean? Does she still have feelings for me but doesent want to dump her current boyfriend? Am I going to be a rebound or is it now that I am more outward about liking her she finds that she would feel comfortable dating me she just doesent want to dump my friend? Any reply would be appreciated

"it will matter"
I don't get it... I reckon you missed your chance, in anycase... maybe telling her you like/liked her has changed her view on you now though, since she didn't know before?

I'am 16
And yes I know that most relationships don't work out in teens, but why not give it a shot if it's there.
Any answers would be a big help

Unfortunately, she has a boyfriend now, so she's off-limits, regardless of whether she has feelings for you. You missed your chance. Hopefully you will learn for the future and have more courage.
You can let her know how you feel and see how she reacts. But then you risk becoming girlfriend stealer.

Yeah see I don't want to become a girlfriend stealer, especially since her boyfriend is a really good friend of mine. Guess I'll just stay away from trying anything for the moment. *sigh

Good idea.
If she really did want to give you a chance she'd break up with her current boyfriend, even if she didn't have a sealed deal with you.
Let her be, sounds like she's playing around a bit. Your friendship with her boyfriend will last longer then anything you could have with her, so concentrate on being a good friend, stay away from the girl. :)

Why can't you get your own girl, why do you have to wait for your friend to give up his? What if they last longer than you want?
What is she the only female around or something? My point, you never wait for someone who is unavailable to be available.
Look around you, there has to be other options, that won't have you at odds with your best friend.

I'm glad you know that. :)
I was a teen once too, not that very long ago. I do remember infatuation. It can hurt just as bad as love.
Have fun on your date, we can't wait to hear how it went. :)
