I THINK that would make them fifth cousins. I have no idea how many times removed that would be. If I'm figuring this correctly, you would have to go back five generations for both of them to find a common ancestor.

While they ARE related, it's so distant that any worry of inbreeding is pointless.

There is a connection there but it is a very distant one, but it could still be a blood relation connection, but as cousins can marry, or is it 2nd cousins it would not be disallowed.
