I just received a letter today stating my home is now in foreclosure and will will be auctioned off on jan 2 and 2007 if I don't come up with 3000.00 plus as they said at the attorneys office 1300. 00 in non negotiable legals fees for a total of 4300.00.this doesn't even include my other bills wich are due such as a second mortgage .
Does anyone out there have any advise for some with a 560 credit score .
Many thanks

Forget your credit score, it is what it is, but there are things you can do to raise your score, one of them is not letting the foreclosure take place. Isn't that your immediate issue, not losing the home. If you are thinking of borrowing money to pay the past due pmts and attys' fees, I would think it would be very very difficult now with the foreclosure pending and past due mortgage payments.

You should be able to refinance. The int. rate will be high, but it can be done
