You need to at least miss a period before you try. It takes a while for the hcg hormone to build in your body.

It is possible that you are, but you won't be able to tell for a while yet.

Take a pregnancy test in 13 days - if negative take another one 17 days - if negative take another 20 days. I'm no expert - but you are most fertile in the middle of your cycle. My guess is you are not pregnant - but it's possible. Good Luck & keep us posted!

And in the meantime arrange for some birth control... though even that, used perfectly, isn't 100%

You are young, which means your cycle can be hard to predict, which means you are playing with fire... you're using the withdrawl method? See the little ones toes in my avatar? He was conceived using birth control deemed over 80% effective, which is higher than that cited for withdrawl. Again, messing with fire.

Now you are going to have to wait and take a test or two.

You should wait until about three days before your next period, usually the box tells you, but if you take a test before your missed period you should do your first morning pee so that you get the most of your hormone levels.

Well, iuangle527, correct about FMU when taking a test. Three days before your period can be debatable. It might work, but I have not seen it work often. I usually see more false negatives. I like to wait until after the missed period.
