I am an 18 year old, 5'4 girl, weight about 190 something. I already know I am overweight. But it's so hard to lose it. I don't know what to do. I want to lose weight but have ABSOLUTELY no clue how. PLEASE HELP...

There is a kind of odd sounding diet that my mom and my sister have been doing and it really really works. My mom has lost 15 pounds(on it for 3 weeks) and my sister has 35(on it for a month and works out 4-5 times a week)
It's a 3 day diet (3 days on, 4 days off) They usually start it on Monday. That way you can eat normally the rest of the week and on the weekends.
