I have been talking to a man online who says he is from the US, not originally born here in the US, but his family moved here when he was little. Anyway, he was working in Nigeria for three years on a construction project and was paid 5 Million, but had to come up with 200,000.00 in taxes before they would give him a check that is from Michigan. And then had to come up with 4,200.00 for all these tests before he could leave Nigeria because he had been living there for three years and had to have 5,000 PTA before he was allowed on the flight to London. Now most of that money was lost but was able recover 2,000 of that from the immigration people in London. But now he is saying he has to have a total of 4000.00 pounds in order to be able to board a flight from London to Houston. Is this requirement true?

I can't say for certain but it is a scam. Tell him you are broke and see how fast he stops talking to you.
