I'm looking for an older children's drawing TV show. It involved an older man [either called "grandpappy" or something similar] who would draw pictures [sort of like a how-to thing] with animated markers and pencils.
I believe the show was on cable, but I don't know what channel it was on.

Found it after searching on an endless TV show list: Pappyland.
