I just had my period 3 weeks ago and I just started again the blood is a lot thinner consistancy what could it be? Could it ba misscarriage?

It could just be irregularity. Unless you are usually on schedule. If it is something that has never happened before or is painful or different in anyway, I would see the gyno.
