Now.. my problem is finding a good brand of hair color that can keep my dark brown looking nice. I've had my hair colored professionally the first time, and I've done a few root touch ups myself, I've also had them done professionally, but I just cannot keep paying so much to get it done professionally. I've tried a few different brands of dye, and it seems like it doesn't want to stay in for more than 5 days. I'm hoping someone can tell me a good dye to buy that can last at least 4 weeks before looking so hideous. HELP!:(

My sister does hair. If you are near one, go to a Sallys. They have the stuff that the pros use. And it doesn't cost half as much. If you can talk to someone that would tell you exactly what to get and what to mix, then you shouldn't have a problem.
