It runs down the road fine, and if you let off the gas to stop or slow down, when you go to move again it doesn't do anything so I floor it and a couple seconds later it just takes off and blows a ton of black smoke (it is chipped but never blew smoke before) any experts with answers? Thanks

The turbo is not working correctly if at all. The VGT turbo may be stuck. The solenoid bad or disconnected or like mine a broken wire to the solenoid making the turbo not work at all. Boy did it blow smoke with the tune (superships) in but not in stock tune just ran like a slug. Apparently the Turbo is notorious for crapping out.
