The truck cranks over, and the voltage on the battery good its new. I have changed the distributor cap, spark plugs, but not the wires. It has a new fuel pump & yes it has gas. The battery cables & terminals are clean. It has a new starter & a new alternator.

You may get by cleaning the spark plug wires with a clean rag and silicone spray. Keep the silicone spray away from the oxygen sensors. Best bet is to replace the wires. I recommend replacing them every 80,000 miles.
